Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana

You start this pose by holding your leg straight out to the front. Then you swing it to the side. I can’t really do this without some help. I loop a yoga belt around the raised foot and grab that. Even so, sometimes I fall over, in which case I stand by a wall. You can also do this one lying down, in which case it’s called Supta Hasta Padangusthasana.

Remember, hasta means hand.
