Asana 41 – Marichyasana I

Now that your spine is maximally stretched, do some twists around it. Twists are very good for the digestion, or so they say. I have not noticed much effect one way or the other.

This first twist is easy for some,  impossible for others, and a recently achieved goal pour moi.
