Lift your legs as much as your shoulders and head for the best stretch.

This pose and the next two are basically the same pose with different parts of your body resting on the floor. They all feel great, once you are out of them.

Lifting both your arms and your legs strengthens all the muscles of the back. This pose requires discipline and stamina. It’s one of those poses that I might be known to put off doing — but I shouldn’t!
