Everybody’s least favorite pose.

It really strengthens abdomen muscles, hip flexors, and will power. Now, why do I sometimes “forget” to do this pose?

Asana 29 – Baddha Konasana

This is a groin and hip opener and the longer you can stand to sit this way, the greater the release. I often do this for a couple of minutes.

Baddha means bound.  You’ve had baddha hands, now you have baddha feet.
