This asana stretches the hamstrings and rests everything else.  I do this a lot throughout the day, and before my yoga practice.

This is a restful pose that relieves any backache from straining in the previous poses. At the same time, it strengthens your arms for headstand. (In this picture, my feet are way too close together. Just so you know, I know.)
