Like Vrksasana, this pose can feel light and springy. On the other hand, it can feel really tippy. Usually I use a block for the supporting hand. Or I lean against a wall to help stay balanced.

Asana 10 – Virabhadrasana III

This pose teaches balance, focus, poise, and overall strength, but especially in the hips andabdomen. I have been known to grab onto a wall or the back of a chair for support.
